We recently had interaction with Joyce. Not qualified enough to be a nurse. Lack of knowledge and clarity demonstrated. Even other nurse present at the time of our appointment was not eager to help or provide guidance and we were asked to consult physician. It would be better to get qualified nurses who are passionate about providing service to children of this council.
Great little centre. No dumbing down and trusts instincts, still with great advice
10 weeks and still no mothers group has been arranged for support, even though I have been asking about it... when my breastfeeding was so painfull i was in tears instead of helping me (because she said she was a lactation specialist)she made me wait 1 week before I could see the "lactation specialist"... pretty disappointing being a FTM. They seem lazy and not up to date... now my girl friend told me there is a app they should have advised us about to keep up to date ... I feel like I'm missing out.
