My name is Bonnie Walker, I’m a doula and birth coach in the Byford Hills, Western Australia. I’m specially trained to continuously support you and your partner emotionally, physically and practically through your pregnancy and birth. We engaged Bonnie as our doula in mid-2024, with a due date in late January 2025. Our initial experience was very positive—Bonnie was warm, knowledgeable, and her birth and partner preparation courses were genuinely helpful as we prepared for the arrival of our second child. I’ve been telling everyone at work they need to get a doula, haven’t convinced anyone yet, but I’ll keep trying. I was unsure at first. I didn’t think we needed anyone else in the room.
