Katia C was my agent today to help me save over $420 (6 months premium) switching from progressive to Allstate with even better coverage. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. I liked the way the proposal was explained to me with options, and the efficiency she conducted the business. I had such a pleasant experience working with Daniel Penate today. Daniel was absolutely great! He was able to call me back when my premium was about to expire and was able to educate me on a lot of things about Insurance I never knew. He was able to get me a fair quote with more options than I had with my previous carrier. Daniel was detailed, professional, knowledgeable and he even stayed on the line with me as I cancelled my other insurance to ensure I get my refund. I would definitely recommend!!
