Does not call customers back. I had tried several times during the tax season to get a hold of Mrs. Sharrar. I would leave messages and emails in regards to if my taxes were done. I never received a call back. I even talked to her husband. My husband and I had to make a surprise visit in order to ensure our taxes were done. Not one time were we told by her daughter or husband that Bonnie was having medical issues.
