I saw Bonnie Brooks after Dr Frank Ciampi’s (who was great) retirement, but I was deeply disappointed. Dr. Brooks was dismissive of my months-long symptom of light headedness (in addition to nausea), saying it’s common for young women to have this. Despite explaining that this is new for me and happens every time I stand up or sit down and even randomly, she was really dismissive. What a great experience Dr. Brooks listens,is attentive, interested, wasn’t hurried and is a great communicator. Highly highly highly recommend her.
I was a first time patient for Dr. Brooks. I was quite satisfied with the was she understood my health needs, and the positive responses she gave. She was also easy to talk with and she displayed professionalism and attentiveness while we discussed my health needs.
