Horrible Customer Service – Bonnie bridal has horrible customer service!! I was able to choose my own bridesmaids dress from several different styles and when I brought the list in looking for the styles the older woman working was not willing to assist in pulling styles. I did end up ordering my dress from them but only because it was the only store close to my house that carried the name brand I had to get.
