Had a great experience today while following up on a long pneumonia. Provider was very detailed in her checks and plan to treat, and really showed concern. Promoted a 2 way conversation and was happy to answer questions. Couldn't ask for better.

She was actually really easy to talk to and attentive to what I had to say and what was going on with me. That's something that you can really appreciate from a medical professional.
Nurse Practitioner Bonnie Frank is awesome. My son is very shy and she had him feeling comfortable and laughing. He told me he really liked her so he will continue to see her when needed. The staff there is amazing, all very friendly and helpful.
