**DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE** Was a horrible experience and plan on not ever coming back. There are a couple things I can name off that don't sit well with me. -The dentist Dr. Ow always comes in 5-10mins before you appointment looking like he just rolled out of bed; seems he doesn't give himself any prep time or even a morning breather. Sometimes he even comes in later than appointment set. -The dentist doing the cleaning was very aggressive and pretty much receded my gum line and actually cut a piece of my gums off; i felt ... read more
Very unprofessional and way more expensive than other dentists. For some reason with blue cross coverage a basic cleaning would cost $200-$300 which makes no sense for it to cost that much. I also felt the Dentist I saw Dr. Punj was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I will never set foot back in that “clinic” again and I caution others to do the same.
I started working at the clinic as a sterilization technician. We verbally agreed to get paid $19/h. After getting my first payment i did ask the manager ( Vannesa) to send me the paystub , so i could see the worked hours and also the rate i was getting paid. Unfortunately 7 weeks passed and Vannesa still did not provide me a paystub. After quiting the position, as i was not getting to work too much hours and also Vannesa`s unprofessional behaviour/communication, i was sent my paystub.
