They offered discounts, but then service is ( no email responses) is slow. Then they only call to try to get you to buy more insurance. I moved and had to call them multiple times, email them, to get my address updated and remove the towing( have AAA). I ended up calling the after hours customer service and they fixed the issue the same day, had to call recently this week to get another change. I don't get replies to my email/texts.
