Always helpful and very nice! They always have the right solutions for pools and hot tubs!! Jennifer Cooper, your review was very uncalled for! It was during Covid! I ordered a hot tub during Covid, From another Company (not on purpose) and it took 10 months to manufacture!!! All manufacturers were back ordered! Shame on Jennifer Cooper! 🤦♂️

My husband and I came into the Arlington store in the middle of a torrential rainstorm, on May 16th 2020. We had done our research and were prepared to walk out of the store as new pool owners. We were assisted by "dl"(?) And without wasting too much of his time, we put together a package of over $7k worth of goods and services. He was not overly friendly and not very forthcoming with information. We had to prod him for options and information several times. Came in for slight algae on walls of pool. My pool was perfectly clear. Was sold 3 bags of shock and Bonnie & Clyde algaeside. Was told to put shock in pool and then wait 30 min and put algaeside in. The second I put shock in pool it turned pool milky. Went back to store and was told I needed to put shock in a bucket of water before putting in pool. The directions on package say do not pre-mix this product before adding to your pool. I’m done with these guys. Would not recommend this company.
