These guys saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. Instead of replacing my hot tub pump, they replaced the bearings. They could have sold me a new pump. I appreciate their honesty and advice.
Knowledgeable sales however the installation team is pitiful! they left trash on the ground. They had to come back to reinstall the liner and CHARGED me for it. To this day my pool is not level. I would NOT call them back for any reason. Also my liner tore after only 1 year and bonnie & clydes would not warranty it. They told me that by the pictures it looked like an animal had caused the damage. NOT. could it have been the POOR installation that is still not right????
Very friendly emopleeys and helpful. Been having my pool an few months we love it and enjoy it and take my sample water and tell me what am needed, any question I have they can answer it. All the emopleeys greet u with a smile, willing to help.
Friendly and helpful. Josh the repair tech is helpful but could be more accurate assessments of pump problems and follow through on his agreements to call and provide updates on repairs in for evaluations. I've used Bonnie and Clydes for almost ten years and will continue to do so. A good company.
I had never dealt with pool stuff, my husband did it all. When I lost him I had to learn everything and these people are the best at what they do They do not make me buy what I do not need & are always willing to help me understand what the heck I am doing. It has been hard but they truly have made it understandable for me.
