I came in for a full head of foils and after leaving, I noticed my roots hadn’t lifted as light as I had hoped. I emailed the Whitfords team and they responded straight away and even attempted to call me so I could come back in for an assessment. I should have trusted my instincts and never returned. About a year ago, I came in for a simple bun. It took far too long, was poorly done, and I was rushed out the door. When I got home and saw the back, it was awful. I had to call and return to have it fixed, causing unnecessary stress before an important event. I visited the salon this morning needing a bead refitted in my weft as it had fallen out. I had the weft installed elsewhere, which was closed for two weeks. The ladies were helpful and I appreciate them helping me out on the spot however, they charged me $50 to reinstall one small bead and put a few stitches in. I have gone to another salon in Whitfords, when this happened previously and again the weft hadnt been installed there and they did it for free for me. (This salon was closed today).
