Dr. Cheung is super caring and good at what she does! Makes me feel very cared for and knows what she’s doing. Operations is also smooth and connects to referrals, labs, etc easily. A very different experience from other medical care teams I’ve had.
Dr. Cheung is amazing. She was first recommended to my wife and I by my wife's cardiologist. We first saw her when she was in Yorba Linda, and we followed her when she moved to Chino Hills. Dr. Cheung listens to us. She asks questions, and then follow-up questions. She orders tests to try to find what root problems are. She refers to specialists that might help. I LOVE DR BONNIE! Her bedside manner is amazing and she truly cares about you! She listens and finds alternative solutions. I am truly grateful for her wisdom and grateful for her as a doctor. I never feel rushed in the appointments. She truly listens and gives the best care!
Dr. Cheung is so sweet and takes time to listen. She is the best doctor I’ve had in a very long time.
I came in early as requested by mailer, only to sit an hour in the lobby. I went to the front desk to find out what the problem could be? . I was told it would be another 30 minutes to be seen maybe...they weren't sure... And... Also another patient is ahead of you... At this point I ask, why take appointments if you can't keep them? I understand things happen and that's alright, but having people wait an hour two hours plus is insulting. Hire a time management team.
