From our fantastic tasting session, to the seamless planning process and beautiful execution - Bonnie and her team were so wonderful to work with! We got our wedding cake from Bonnie Brunt and it was a gluten-free vanilla cake with lemon buttercream and raspberry compote fillings. It was absolutely delicious and beautiful! The texture of the cake was excellent, you could not even tell it was gluten-free. We also got supplementary kitchen cakes for serving our guests and they were equally delicious and beautiful, made with the same level of quality and layers.
