This family-owned and operated restaurant has been a fixture in the Bonnie Brae neighborhood for more than 20 years. With a rough and tumble roadhouse appearance mixed with a family friendly atmosphere the tavern caters to all by serving outstanding pizzas, fine, down-home comfort food and lots of beer. The halibut is excellent and comes with a ton of side dishes. The chicken fried steak is a definite winner, but make sure you do not miss the pizza.

Dad The reason it has been around ever since the Indians left is because it is that good. I love the old school atmosphere and the beer specials. I will always make it in a couple of times a year even though it is out of my way.

Pizza Pizza, pizza, pizza. Talk about good pizza. Bonnie Brae Tavern rocks the house. You can't get no better than Bonnie Brae. I highly recommend Bonnie Brea.
Pretty Goood I enjoyed the pizza here, we got the white and Mexican pizza. I enjoyed the white better personally. The service was overall good and the atmosphere was nice. A tad over priced in my opinion.
Great Burgers and More I love going to Bonnie Brea Tavern for lunch, it's like stepping back in time! Food is classic. The menu has everything from meat loaf to spaghetti and meatballs to crispy-crust pizza comes with tangy sauce and fresh toppings, and the sufficiently greasy burgers taste even better when washed down with a beer. It has been a neighborhood, family run restaurant since 1934.
