I've been reading Bonnie's weekly Interpersonal Success Strategies for several years. Reading her blogs has given me courage and a wayto approach difficult conversations. Recently I had to have one of these very difficult conversations with a co-worker. The results from this conversation has changed the co-workers attitude towards the rest of the staff. I'm so grateful for Bonnie's recommendations and encouragement.
