Took truck in to have vibration looked at. Found cracked trans. After weeks and $4700. I drove away with 4 out of six bolts missing from the collectors on my headers, and 3 missing from my new, cracked transmission. Good job! Never again.
They do great work
Poor customer service and representative of Cub Cadet. I went in there with the intentions of buying a $4,000 machine for the start of my lawn business. Since thats all I can afford at the time, I wanted to follow-up with some questions. The man who came out wasn't serious at all. Just had smart remarks everytime I asked a question; for the warranty coverage, the features, the process for repairs, the differences of machines/decks, etc. You know.
