Estimate for job was quite honestly offensive. They wanted $568 just to replace the wax ring under the toilet. Person they sent out was great and honest. Said it was about a 10 minute job that literally anybody with a wrench can do. The quoted me $1300 to replace the push/pull valve in the shower.
Scam artists, they ripped me off and recently learned that they’ve been fined for conning elderly folks too
Bonney was the 3rd Plumbing coming I called to come and unclog a bathroom. He was able to clear the line with snaking a few times, then used the camera to see what may have caused the issue. Shared with heavy rains ground may have set and this caused a low point and potential blockage spot. Educated me and walked me through what he saw, how it impacts my lines and what's needed to fix. Ladies beware, Bonney WAS my goto plumber!! We recently had the water heater go out. PGE came in and told us it was the thermo couple. I had replaced these before but would rather have a pro do it. I called Bonney and told them what I needed and was told that their trucks are stocked with parts. Bonney sent a tech out and my girlfriend met with him.
