In car washes with brushes, the paint is scratched, the rearview mirror is broken, and the window is broken because of the rotating brushes. That's why I wash my car here at a touch-up car wash without brushes. I'm very satisfied. My car is shiny, so never go to a car wash with brushes.

DONT DO IT! Paid $17 and this was the outcome, complained to employee and said manager will call me, all I wanted was a refund. And Yes this photo was taken after the premium wash 😂 Hoping manager will make it right but don’t have high hopes for it.

Absolutely the worst car wash I’ve ever used. It was sunny out and my car was dirty so I decided to take it through this car wash. I truly don’t think it got any dirt off my car. I grabbed the white towel out of my trunk to hand dry my car afterwards and the towel literally ended up black from dirt it was wiping off my car. This is the same white towel I have used after taking my car through a Brown Bear car wash and the towel remained white. I paid for the $11 Silver package and I legitimately feel like my car looked worse ... read more
