Called. Sat on hold for 5 minutes. Started as #3 in the queue. Got down to number one and waited to get a recording stating no one was available to take my call. Taking my business somewhere else.
Staff is very friendly and clearly explain how the exercises will help.
Initial visit yesterday. I was very impressed with the quality of information provided by Nicki at the front desk. I had been ambivalent about going to this business due to lack of cohesive communication with “main office scheduler” by phone. Nicki answered all the questions I had that initial “scheduler” was unable to do! Simple task. Nicki was very proactive in getting me in to an earlier appointment. Thank you!
Very friendly
This place is first class and I highly recommend their services if you are needing a physical therapist. Nikki at the front desk is great for all your scheduling needs and Blake has done wonders for me coming off of a back injury. Be sure and check them out if you are in the Bonney Lake area.
