This is by far the best Eye Care office I have ever been to. The staff is kind, efficient, prompt, friendly. The equipment is very modern. Dr. Sun is very professional and extremely friendly and competent. I trust her completely. Dr. Kaur is also very professional and an expert in her field. I feel very blessed to have this level of eye care so close to home and their new office location is vibrant and fun! I highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gu and Crystal. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. Dr. Gu took the time to thoroughly explain my eye health and answered all my questions, she was amazing. The exam was comprehensive, and I felt confident in the care I received. Crystal was incredibly helpful throughout the process of getting my contact lenses; she went above and beyond and was very patient and kind. I will definitely recommend this eye doctor to all my family and friends.
We absolutely LOVE Bonney Lake Family Eye Care! Our entire family (my husband, our two boys, and I) have been coming here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their patients. The doctors take the time to explain everything and make sure you understand your care. They also have a great selection of frames, with a team that’s amazing at helping you find the perfect fit. Highly, highly recommend!
I brought my two sons in for eye exams and the staff was extremely professional (and patient). My son was fitted with his first pair of glasses and we were super happy with the service. Highly recommended!
I visited the office last week as a new patient. They got all the new equipment, they are very thorough with the different tests and eyes’s exam. Dr. Kaur was very helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns.
