I had an exceptional experience at this dental practice! The entire team was professional, friendly, and attentive, making my visit comfortable and stress-free. I called to schedule an appointment over the phone verified that insurance is up-to-date and everything is accepted. They told me that it is, I came in and re-asked one more time they verified. The insurance is accepted, and the whole procedure will be paid for. Once they did the procedure, she gives me a bill and says oh your insurance is actually not accepted at this office. You need to go to another office. And I had to pay the full amount for the procedure. She was so rude.

Great experience every time. The front staff are friendly and the wait times are short every time I've been here. The work is done quickly and well and they're all very communicative.

The entire staff is very friendly and efficient! My daughter recommended Bonney Lake Family Dental a few years ago for those reasons and now my sister and I both drive from Graham as we think they're amazing!
