I had an extremely disappointing & Racist experience here which i feel nothing less than blatant racial discrimination. The old woman at the reception (who seemed to be in a managerial role) displayed open racism towards non white visitors. I had a confirmed booking and went to collect my keys. Upon entering the office, she immediately instructed me to wait outside, stating that she would “serve” me outside instead of allowing me inside like other tenants.
