Fantastic friendly family business! If you are looking for a used car this is the place to go, there is a good range of reasonably priced cars which are all checked over by a mechanic. They are very helpful, honest and no BS! We had a great experience & highly recommend Bonney Buying.
Actually i bought a car from here and the customer service was so aweful, he was not cooperating( while dealing with him not with the discount as i prepaid all the amount as it was listed even before looking at the car) and he was not allowing us for test drive too. Got the car not as described and had alot of scratches and dents. He sent me pictures of the dents but there was another hidden dents and scratches. Very unsatisfied. Sorry for that.
Purchased a vehicle with a written contract that required a roof repaint and side panel repair prior to delivery. This was not completed as agreed. The matter was raised with the dealer but was not resolved, so I pursued it through NCAT, it was ultimately resolved by settlement.
