It's just okay
Pretty decent with nice security and updated rooms
Tiny little maintenance issues. Nice views. Too few balconies.
I live here, and I actually like it a lot. But I f you want to know what it means to live here when your not “in good standing” with the HOA board, or when they don’t like you for whatever random reason, read the 1 star review about the tenant who moved in and move out ASAP. That’s unfortunately the best reflection of how it is.
