Worst experience I've ever had on any level. My 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee went in for an A/C issue . It took 3 times for them to maybe resolve the issue. This is for the service dept only. Not one time during this 2 week process that was supposed to be 2 days did anyone from the service dept reach out to me. I had to call them every day. I left the manager Maria C**** 5 messages on 5 different days and she still hasn't returned one of my calls.
