I’m a professional mechanic for 30years and had an electrical issue with my Ram. It’s under warranty so I had it towed to Bonneville. Before I sent it I had load tested my battery to make sure it wasn’t the problem. The battery tested perfectly fine and the terminals were clean. I had it dropped on a Friday and knew they wouldn’t get to it until next week. I waited until the following Thursday to see if they had at least taken a look. Had a confirmed service appointment today. Got the reminder text this morning. Drove 30 minutes over there to be told the service center isn’t even open on Saturdays. What a waste of time.
