Do not take your equipment here for service!!! I can’t stress this enough! They do shoddy work and do not stand behind their work! Then, they charge you an excessive amount for the service work. I would give negative stars if I could. I’ve worked with many mechanics over the 30+ years I’ve done excavation and never dealt with such poor work and terrible customer service
Steve has helped out tremendously with warranty repairs, saved us from replacing parts and throwing money at machines. He has given us quick advice and recommendations. Sydney is awesome super helpful when it comes to finding our parts and getting things together for us. they both have been life savers would recommend calling or going into this springville location with any issues big or small.
