Brad, Christine, Sylvia, and the whole crew--all office staff and on-site technicians included--were amazing! We had many questions, and they took the time to provide a wealth of information and talk through the various options so we could make an informed decision. I will absolutely use their services again in the future. They're a real pleasure to work with.
We have used Bonneville for our electrician needs - including new lights, fans, smoke/CM alarms, and, most recently - emergency repairs to our outside wires and box after some storm damage. Throughout they have been prompt and professional - answering all questions, providing detailed bills, and, most important of all -excellent service. I highly recommend them.
I was very happy with Bonneville. Deb was swift and organized with scheduling. Ben, the electrician, gave proactive thought to our current and future needs and did a tidy, efficient job installing power for a new water heater. Bonneville has done several projects for us over the years. Most recently we had one big renovation, and a same-day service call. The project was replacing a failing panel inside and renovating the outdoor panels where the electrical service comes in to make it possible to add car chargers and an interlock for a generator or batteries.
