This store is ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle and call the Spokane store. They will ship it to you.
Took a laser in there for repair. It sat for over 6 weeks. I called and called for an updated over and over. Got the run around. Only to be told they don't service that brand. Why was I not told up front! Please get your service department organized. It is so frustrating to work with.
