This is the worst company to work with. I used them to help collect on past due amounts from clients. Over a year ago I entered several account through out the next couple month I had entered 33 cases all together. They never did anything on my cases. never collected anything, never pushed to get judgments, nothing was done! when I called a year later to follow up the lady was rude and told me she was not allowed to talk about my files. This organization is very unprofessional. They refused to validate debt or provide account information of what they had on file. Also refused to send out any details of accounts until they had employer on record. Had to speak with a manager just to ensure they would send out information. They are definitely not following the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Sec. 1692g. - Validation of debts.

I owed money and I was reluctant to give them my debit card number, but I did anyway. I told them they could pull out 20 dollars one time and they pulled out 103$. I talked to them about it and they said they only pulled out 20$. The following month they did the same thing 103$. I talked to my lawyer and he said under the fair debet collections act they could not pull out any unauthorized amount of money. If this company files aginsed you get ready to get a lawyer and take them to the cleaners!
