Thought we were life long kabota fans after spending over $100k and have a warranty. Called them to see if they could fix something that is under warranty just for them to say oh it’s fine and because supposedly there isn’t a problem which there still is now they want $500 service fee charge. I’m not sure how this company thinks this is okay! Very frustrating to be dealing with such scam artists. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time I need a new machine.
Bonneville went the extra mile driving an hour and half south. Max was giving huge amounts of insight and instruction for the best practices to run the machinery. Totally awesome work and a great employee in Max.
