This is no bank! I have been dealing with them or "trying" too. I have been hung up on,lied too,put on "hold" for over an hour then disconnected. What in the hell? And then the owner puts a number on yet another bad review to distance himself and the bank by giving out a bogus #. Lawsuit is coming
I am very unhappy I have been waiting on my replacement card. Had to call Green Dot again to see why it has not been delivered only to be told it was an issue and the card had to sent out again . Meaning another 7 to 8 day wait. Sounds very strange to me and I am unhappy. I think this may be a big issue that I will have to get an attorney to help me get my funds.
