The people at the shop are amazing friendly and honest I appreciate all that they do. I do have an older vehicle and they’re always able to fix it.
Update 3: Rob the owner is now refusing to work on my vehicle because of this review. This shop is a major red flag and will now go to court because of this neglect and bad business practices. The BBB has also been contacted. They still have my vehicle and don't know how to fix it. It has been 5 months without a vehicle. Every time I call I get the run around and ignored for weeks at a time. Rob says he will call me back but never does. Fast, friendly service. Rob and Michelle are so courteous and friendly. Bonnette’s first sends you a detailed estimate of the vehicle’s repairs and pricing before any work is to be done. And with your electronically signed approval sent back is when the repairs will be serviced. The work was prompt and professional. They had me back on the road in no time.
