I live in this community now, our apartment was filthy when we moved in. No fresh paint.cockroches we can't get rid of daily. Leasing agent we had,had no idea what property was a month,told us a brand new trailer was same price a month as our apartment. Had no correct info concerning the whole rental process. Also pool not available no amenities. Tiny broke down laundry room with only one working washer Charged 30$ for common grass cutting ,per tenant. How much is grass maintenance?? I would not recommend any one to buy or live in any of these communities that they own islandcommunities.com. Here at Bonnet Lakes estates is a safe place and does have waterfront Lake front that's all that is beautiful. They have recently charged us back pay for garbage, lawn care, water, their taxes, water meters, on top of our regular lot rent and water, garbage lawn care etc. It's unfair their is no swimming pool or club house. We do have laundry only 2 washing machines work and 2 dryers and 2 broken washing machine whic... read more
