History Established in 1988. We have been in business since 1988, providing new replacement plumbing parts to the Tucson and surrounding Southern Arizona community. We are both wholesale and retail, providing not only parts but sharing our expertise as well. The business was started in 1988 by Janice Furer, who shared her knowledge with all of the Tucson plumbing community. Her untimely passing on April 20th 2010 was a loss to that community.
