I had the team at Bonnet help me install a push pull lock on a commercial door that wasn’t secured. They came out, installed in 90 min and left. Worked perfectly.. A few weeks later we discovered the latches were falling off because the screws pulled out. I called and spoke to Patty and Sue. They put me in touch with Samantha. She dispatched the team back out and took care of it promptly. No questions, no charges, just fixed. I was not on site for the repair. I called Bonnett Garage Doors in Brewerton on Friday at 9am as the spring for my shop (Ken's Auto Detailing) door broke and had cars stuck in shop they were here by 10am had door fixed by 11 so i could continue on with our busy day!! Sam that answered the phone was super friendly and assured me i would be back and running my business by lunch time ..thank you so much for all your help
We called for an estimate. They said someone would be out between 1 &4pm we called back he said 30 minutes never showed until 6:30 ish gave us a crazy price of 700.00 to replace cables and springs on one existing door. My husband already frustrated decided to let him do it. Gave him 300 in cash said he would do it right then. He strung up the cable ( didnt connect anything)then said we would need a new bar at Top and that would be another 100. My husband said no way is he paying more than 700.thats what he quoted.
