We called for an estimate. They said someone would be out between 1 &4pm we called back he said 30 minutes never showed until 6:30 ish gave us a crazy price of 700.00 to replace cables and springs on one existing door. My husband already frustrated decided to let him do it. Gave him 300 in cash said he would do it right then. He strung up the cable ( didnt connect anything)then said we would need a new bar at Top and that would be another 100. My husband said no way is he paying more than 700.thats what he quoted. I am always impressed by this company when something goes wrong with our garage door. They come right out, assess and fit it or provides a temporary fix until the part comes in. I have never gone more than a few hours without my garage door working which in the winter is huge as I don't want my car stuck inside! Great overall customer service too! Highly recommend.
I needed a new garage door opener, and called Bonnet. Bob Bonnet came within days and gave me an estimate. He scheduled an appointment and two techs arrived and installed the new opener in an hour or so. Very pleased with the cost, and the installation. Excellent service and great people. Highly recommend this company.
