Cory was knowledgable and personable while coming over to diagnose my garage door issue. With his field experience he was able to diagnose the issue in minutes and had my garage door fixed in just about 30 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with the new door Adam installed on my 12x16 shed/garage! The technicians are not only terrific at what they do, but they also have deep knowledge and are honest about expectations—something that truly keeps us coming back. I had the team at Bonnet help me install a push pull lock on a commercial door that wasn’t secured. They came out, installed in 90 min and left. Worked perfectly.. A few weeks later we discovered the latches were falling off because the screws pulled out. I called and spoke to Patty and Sue. They put me in touch with Samantha.
