My husband and I had been looking for a new dental practice. After a dissatisfying experience at Aspen Dental and due to the good online reviews for Bonness Dentistry, we wound up at Bonness. I made the staff aware we had to pay out of pocket for our x-rays at Aspen Dental and I didn't want to pay for them again if it could be avoided. However, Bonness stated Aspen Dental was difficult to get x-rays from and our dentist before that had poor quality x-rays so they would be taking their own.
