This is by far the best place to take your car. I drive a little bit just because of the exceptional service & value. Very honest straightforward about what's wrong and the price is always very fair to the customer. Car is always done the same day if you get it there first thing a.m. as long as it isn't something major then it might be the next day. I know this is under a new owner since 2013 and I have got to say, they were great! I took my car there on the recommendation of a couple of other local mechanics. Adam and his staff treated me very professionally. They took care to be clear and straightforward on what needed to be done and did a great job on my vehicle . Took my car in for a diagnosis and provided a copy of the warranty requirements. Josh was well aware the warranty required contacting them and getting authorization before any work was to be done. Josh told me he had received approval and did the work. The next day, after two trips to pick up the car, he called me and told me "Oh well, I made a mistake" and the warranty company did NOT approve. He hadn't called them until after the work had been done. He told me I would have to pay him over $500 to get my car back or he woul... read more
I took my car in because it was making a funny noise when I started and stopped. Josh, the owner called me up & told me it was only a loose bolt on my axle. On top of that he only charged me a half hour service fee. That immediately earned my trust because he did not tell me I needed more or charge me an arm and a leg. I will be taking my car to him from now on.
This automotive repair shop has reasonable prices and tries to do the work right the first time.
