Jeff was the most responsive, empathetic, and informative when we reached out about possibly buying an inTech RV. We would have purchased here if it wasn't so far away from us. You'll surely want to give this place a try!
Highly recommend CH Waltz. It was great working with Jeffrey and the team. They sold our Intech Horizon, which was a better deal than trading it in and put us in a new Navigate. The whole process was smooth and easy with no pressure.
Jeff was fantastic to work with. Very straightforward and honest with none of the high pressure sales tactics that may be seen elsewhere. Great team to help set up and deliver, Keith is a great driver/installer. Overall great experience and I would purchase from these folks again.
After months of shopping for a new Intech RV and speaking with many different dealers within 500 miles of us, I was lucky enough to find Jeffrey at C.H. Waltz. It was obvious right away that this is a small, friendly dealership that is actually interested in helping you. What a difference from some of the other dealers that had all sorts of hidden fees and somewhat shady tactics for getting more money out of the deal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The technicians help you with troubleshooting and provide tips when needed. My only regret is not buying our camper from these guys. Thanks for your great work and willingness to help! Edit: after today's call I will be thinking about going elsewhere. The sales guy Keith was not helpful and said they don't want to even work on it since we didnt get it there. Seems like all these rv places are getting worse and worse.
