Dr. Bonner is great! Office staff does Not follow up with prescription follow up. Does not respond to fax, mail requests by lab or pharmacy.
I had this doctor for my hashimotos about 10 years ago and this was one of the worst experiences with a doctor who claims they know all about it and other medical issues. I was out of my thyroid medication and they never filled my meds, had to go find another doctor to take care of this. What a mess the office was too. Just do yourself a favor and find another doctor.
If I could subtract stars I would. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. My husband has been on a medication ( not a narcotic) for 15 years he must take daily and it requires a prior auth for each refill. He called in for the auth for the refill and according to Anna and the doctor himself there is only one person in the entire office that can do this. Front offiçe very nice. Called me with a cancellation, which no one does anymore. Loved the Dr. spent a long time with me. Very detailed exam. Told me to stop one medicine which I didn't know had vitamin D, which no no for me. Felt so safe here.
Don't use this Dr. Office On my last visit, Dr. BONNER and I went over my blood results. Dr BONNER said all is well and my blood results are good. Presently, I haven't had a full sleep in 5 days, anxious, ear ringing and continuous waking up in the middle of the night. WHY? My IGF-1 declined 50 points and Dr BONNER who is supposed to monitor these things, said at the last visit, my numbers were ok.
