Beaver is always very caring, kind and really listens and asks questions. He’s very thorough and thoughtful. I appreciate that he is there and has been for years. Truly the only reason I would ever go into that clinic is because he is there.

My 5 year old split her chin open last night around 6:30. Called Bonner immediate care since I saw they close at 7 and we live in Hope to see if they could take care of her if I got there ASAP. They front desk lady who answered said ”if you can get here before we lock the door we will take care of her” so I flew to get there. Called again when I was 5 min away and she said the same thing. The Front desk lady was awesome:) Dr. was good but his nurse I was not impressed. After waiting an hr plus my 2 year old was in severe pain from an ear infection and she seemed annoyed and even plugged her ears when my daughter cried while taking her weight. Very unprofessional. Also had sly remarks on not giving her any medicine until after we were seen by the doctor.
I called the next day to get a prescription, a woman I spoke to didn't believe me that the Dr had told me I would have a prescription waiting. I told her that I was in a lot of pain and the small amount of pain medicine that I received I couldn't eat or swallow the antibiotic. She told me to go to the er then and was extremely snotty. Im a mother of 2 boys I have no history of drug abuse and have a stone in my gland from dehydration BECAUSE I am a busy mother.
