We recently had an appointment with Lynette McCanna for my 10 year old son to have a wart frozen off. He was very nervous when we got there after we had talked about what the visit would look like. We were brought back to a room by her MA Melissa and immediately my son relaxed as she interacted with him in a fun way and then explained how the removal would work showing him all of the tools they would use. It'd be pretty nice if they figured out how to answer the phone once in a while.
I am new in town and was looking for a primary care physician. Dr. Benjamin Keggi was recommended to me by another office. I was able to get an appointment within a very reasonable time. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. His medical assistant was very polite and she efficiently did her job. And Dr. Keggi was very relaxed, giving me all the time I needed with him. This office and doctor are a good fit for me.
Terri (sp?) at the front desk was incredibly helpful scheduling an immediate appointment for me after I had an unexpected visit to Urgent Care and the ER. I met with Dr Keggi for the first time and found him both personable and knowledgeable as we discussed my medical issue. Overall, a great experience!
