They kept in touch with me during the whole process. Buffy and Morgan were very friendly and personable. Randy and Tim are great to work with during a difficult situation. Everyone was top notch and professional.
Went for a quote for a repair and they said they would email me the quote. I contacted them one month later and two months later and have never received the quote. I'm afraid if I gave them my car that the work would take just as long (or longer) than it does to get a quote!
Being new to the area, I was pretty nervous to find a reliable shop to take my car when a deer ran into my vehicle, causing a decent amount of damage. Initially I called the location in Erie, Pa but the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely professional and kind enough to tell me he would recommend me calling the Fairview location since they were booked a month out. Just had some collision repair work done on the front of my truck at Fairview location 2 months back. I dropped it off, had it back in 2 weeks. Turn around time was great. That was the only thing good about the experience. The paint on the grill and bumper had bugs and/or dirt in it. They left masking tape on the inside of the bumper. They pinched my fog light wire harness between the bumper and the bumper mounting plate. We needed a back alignment but scheduled a 4 wheel alignment due to our car being all wheel drive and we explained this when making the appointment . When we get there to pick it up you tell me you only did the front alignment because the adjustment bolts on the back wouldn't budge and you didn't even call to tell us 1st or to ask what we would want to do.
