A couple of years ago I had to take my 14-year-old princess Ariel, English Mastiff X Bull Arab to the Bonnell's Bay clinic after she suffered an injury. Sadly, her injuries were too bad, and we had to say our goodbye's. All the staff were so helpful. They went above and beyond with organising all her cremation services. They called me on numerous occasions during this sad time to check on me offering me so much more support than I could ever imagine. The staff at Bonnells Bay are beautiful. So caring and thoughtful when it came to an end of life decision for our little Roxy. And now, helping us to care for our mini dachshunds, and their newly arrived litter of 6 gorgeous puppies, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Can't wait to bring the babies in for microchips and vaccinations!
