I'm always able to be taken care of, staff and providers are great!
The provider at this clinic has personally helped me and my mental health. Dr Chandler is amazing and even though there was a little bit of wait to get in I am so thankful to have been able to get an appointment. Not only is Dr Chandler amazing but the staff is great as well. Thank you Bonne Terre Healthcare Clinic for being such a godsend.
Worst experience I have ever had! Went there for extreme fatigue low blood pressure. The receptionist/ nurse aid was aggressive and the dr did nothing. When I finally got in with the Dr she ask me if I was recording her?? Not sure what that suggests. Then they discharged me as a patient. Something not quite right.
This is an excellent clinic. They provide services to a much-needed area. Dr. Chandler, the owner and nurse practitioner, is devoted to this clinic and the patients. The counselors are also excellent. If you need medical or psychiatric care and live in this area, I highly recommend going here.
Dr. Chandler is the best!
