Exceptional customer service! I visited the store to reattach my pop socket, as the adhesive had worn off after multiple failed attempts. The staff member was incredibly kind and happily fixed it for me - completely free of charge! Despite my insistence on paying, he refused. His generosity and helpfulness truly stood out.
