This was my first time at Bonjour Belle and for the first time in a VERY long time I am looking forward to my next hair appointment! I have never felt so welcomed walking into a salon before and Summer, my stylist, was just what I needed; someone very easy to talk to, one who listens well and is very caring to make sure my appointment went as I expected.

Omg! love, love, love Liz. She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in all things hair. She took the time to listen to my typical hair routine so she could help me understand how to make my hair healthy. I have blonde, fine hair that is very fragile. She was not intimidated by it at all and said “she got this”. My mom and sister going to her too! Thank you Liz for the beautiful hair and for the beautiful you!

Questionable business practices. When a tip is added to a credit card they charge you an additional fee to pay the stylist income taxes on the tip. Not to be confused as a credit card fee, I was clearly told the extra money I was charged on top of the tip was to pay the stylist taxes on the tip. I also had to pay a fee of $10.95 for the stylist to use a scale to measure the amount of toner needed. A haircut, toner only and a gloss treatment (the $35 treatment) cost $280. Marilyn is sweet, caring and confident and it comes out beautifully in her work. She thoughtfully explains recommended products, taking into consideration the client’s wants and needs. I absolutely love the way she cut my hair, it turned out so lovely!
