I have been a customer for about 10 years and have never had to return anything. Recently I purchased an under eye cover pen. The item didn’t work. It was not my first time using this item so I knew I had to prime it. Unfortunately, no matter how much I primed it, nothing came out. I called Robyn for a replacement but the item has been discontinued and she did not have anymore. I was told to “just keep priming it”. Robyn did an amazing job with my makeup for my wedding. She does such a natural look and after crying and sweating throughout the day, it stayed on!
