This was once a beautiful park but since Murex took over it has steadily gone downhill. Looks are deceiving. Pay more get less every year with a management who has no interest in the residents only interested in the profit. Management sees every resident as an annoyance if they approach with a concern and are quickly dismissed. Focus is on sales and once you buy in you will quickly learn you are now no longer an interest for them, they have you hook line and sinker and soon you realize the mistake you made. We bought here in 2019, right before the sale. Our rent has tripled since then. We are now at $10,500 per year. They are consistently taking amenities away but keep raising the rent. First they took away our bulk garbage service now they want us to share the water cost for water we can't drink. We have 1 pool that has been closed for a whole year now, they still maintain it but we cannot use it because they are remodeling the old club house. ....oh wait they have only demo'd it....no progress on the inside. There are many amenities, but it is the people who take care of the activities, not the management. Because of the gouging prices in the last 5 years, many people are leaving. It has been harder to sell homes because the lot rent has gotten ridiculous! Our lot rent is supposed to cover our water & the mowing of the grass in the community. We have just been informed we now have to start paying for water & it is not going to metered to each home. We bought in 2020. In 2019 came in our motorhome to spend the winter. We ended up buying in the mobile home section and are full timers. The transition to Murex was taking place. Things have changed. Prices of rent have gone up and amenities have been taken away. Now we will be paying for our share of the water, which who knows what your share is as we have no way of measuring. Services we have paid for have declined, costs have increased ridiculously, while management ignores residents concerns. Poor communication of changes to contractually obligated services are made and costs are changed without authorization by renters. Not really what they advertise as a "PREMIERE PARK".
